We deploy OpenClaw-powered AI agents for Indian enterprises across functions including customer support, internal operations, and business communications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with our website (agentex.in), our products, or our team.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- →Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, company name — provided when you fill a lead form, book a sprint, or contact us.
- →Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referrer URL, browser and device type — collected automatically via analytics.
- →Communication data: Messages sent via our chat widget, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram channels.
- →Business context: Information shared during discovery calls or sprint engagements — workflow details, team structure, integration requirements.
- →Payment data: Invoicing details (name, GSTIN, billing address) processed via Razorpay. We do not store card or bank account details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- ·Respond to enquiries and schedule sprint engagements

- ·Send relevant communications about your engagement (invoices, sprint updates, onboarding materials)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law:
- →Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent (e.g., submitting a contact form, opting in to communications).
- →Contract: Where processing is necessary to deliver services under a sprint or retainer agreement.
- →Legitimate interest: For analytics, security monitoring, and service improvement where your rights are not overridden.
- →Legal obligation: Where we are required to process data to comply with Indian law (GST, company law, etc.).
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:
- ·Lead and contact data: up to 3 years from last interaction
- ·Client engagement data: up to 7 years (as required for financial records under Indian law)
- ·Website analytics: up to 26 months
- ·Communication logs: up to 2 years
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- →Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
- →Supabase: Database hosting. Data stored in Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest.
- →Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure for our backend services. Servers in India/APAC regions.
- →Resend / email providers: Transactional email delivery (invoices, onboarding emails).
- →Legal authorities: Where required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory directive.
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies required for site functionality, and optional analytics cookies (via privacy-respecting tools) to understand how visitors use the site.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable law, you have the right to:

- ·Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
- ·Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing)

9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

- ·No storage of payment card data on our systems
No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Cross-Border Transfers
Where data is processed outside India (e.g., by Supabase or GCP infrastructure), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the DPDP Act 2023 and relevant government notifications. We prefer India-region hosting wherever available.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at privacy@agentex.in.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
