Most AI vendor engagements start with a proof-of-concept that takes months, requires an internal team to manage, and ends with a fragile prototype that never reaches production. The Sprint model inverts this. We commit to a live, production AI employee in two weeks — on your infrastructure, integrated with your real systems, using your existing channels.
Week 1 — Discovery and Architecture
The first week is entirely scoping and architecture. We run a structured workflow audit with your ops or IT team to identify the single highest-value workflow to automate first. We map every system the AI employee needs to interact with, define the human escalation boundaries, and write the role definition files (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, TOOLS.md) that govern the agent's behaviour in production. By the end of Week 1, you have a fully specified AI employee ready for deployment.
Week 2 — Live Production Deployment
The second week is implementation and go-live. We install OpenClaw on your server (GCP, AWS, or on-prem), configure the NemoClaw sandbox, connect your enterprise integrations, and deploy the AI employee to the production channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, or Slack). We run structured acceptance testing against the role definition, fix edge cases, and hand over the deployment with full documentation. Your AI employee is live in production by end of Week 2.
What the Sprint delivers
The Sprint produces: one live AI employee in production; complete role definition files and integration documentation; a deployment audit trail for your IT and security teams; a human escalation map showing exactly what the agent handles autonomously and what it routes to humans; and a handover briefing for your operations team on day-to-day management.
After the Sprint
You can run the AI employee independently after the Sprint — all code and documentation is yours. If you want Agentex to manage ongoing operations, monitoring, and workflow expansion, a managed retainer is available after go-live. There is no lock-in: the Sprint delivers a functional, documented system regardless of whether you continue with a retainer.

How long does the AI Deployment Sprint actually take?
Two weeks from kickoff to live production deployment. Week 1 is discovery and role definition. Week 2 is implementation and go-live. We have never extended beyond two weeks for a single-workflow Sprint.
What do I need to provide before the Sprint starts?
Access to the target system (CRM, ERP, ticketing tool, or database), a server or cloud environment for OpenClaw installation, and 4–6 hours of time from the ops or IT team lead for the Week 1 discovery session. That is all.
What channels can the AI employee run on?
Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, or any combination. We recommend Telegram-first for Indian enterprise teams because it requires no Meta approval process and can be deployed in hours rather than weeks.
Can I deploy the AI employee on my own servers?
Yes. All Agentex deployments run on your infrastructure — GCP, AWS, Azure, or on-prem. OpenClaw is self-hosted. Your data never leaves your servers. This is the default, not an add-on.
What happens after the Sprint if I do not take the retainer?
You own everything: the code, the configuration files, and the deployment documentation. The AI employee continues running on your server. Agentex provides 30-day post-Sprint support for critical issues regardless of retainer status.
